Design, Installation and Maintenance

At the initial contact we will set up an appointment to walk over your property. At that time you can describe what you'd like done, tell us your preferences in landscaping style, and tell us your budget. In return we will make suggestions to enhance your thoughts and property. Within the week we will get back to you with a proposal which details the materials needed for the job and costs. We will go over this with you and then make any necessary changes.

Estimates are free. If you require a drawing of the proposed project we do charge a non-refundable fee. If you already have a drawing, we can use that in planning your project.

A deposit is required before starting a project so that we can purchase all the materials needed. At that time we can give you a time frame for the project based on complexity and scheduling.

At the completion of a quality project, we will walk through to discuss care of your landscaping or set up a maintenance plan if preferred. Final payment is also due at this time. Plant materials carry a six month guarantee on container material and 1 year on field grown material provided the project is properly maintained. Of course, we cannot be responsible for weather conditions!

A maintenance plan can be designed to fit your unique needs as well.

Landscaping Types:

Palmedum-collection of unusual and rare palms, usually requires a larger space in the yard, understory of unusual plants such as cycads, secluded seating space can be added.

Formal/Semiformal-fine pruned plant material, structured/formal trimming, layered look, elegant, color, large trees, flowering trees

Water Gardens and Water Features-always fun, native and/or artificial stone, creates a calm, peaceful setting, may add fish, lilies, etc., waterfall

Hardscapes-added to any landscapes, uses natural and/or created stone making paver decks, walks, stone walls, benches, barbeque
